Contact Dynamic Sync
One email address reaches the publisher. There is no contact form on this site and no live chat, because a form would collect personal information that the site has no reason to hold.
Messages are read by the publisher. Replies are usually sent within a few working days; correspondence is in English.

What this address is useful for
- Corrections. If a definition on this site is inaccurate or out of date, name the page and quote the sentence. This is the most useful message the publisher can receive.
- Questions about the affiliate arrangement described on the disclosure page.
- Privacy requests under the Australian Privacy Principles or, where applicable, the GDPR — access to, or correction of, anything held about you. The privacy policy explains what exists and what does not.
- Requests to remove an email you have sent, and any record of it.
What this address cannot help with
Dynamic Sync is an independent reference. It is not connected to any game publisher, cannot act on any game account, and has no access to anyone’s account, purchases, payments or support tickets. Messages of the following kinds need to go elsewhere:
- Account problems, lost passwords, suspensions or refunds — these go to the game publisher, or to the app store where the purchase was billed. The routes are set out in costs and currency.
- Serious online abuse or image-based abuse — the eSafety Commissioner is Australia’s online safety regulator and accepts reports from the public.
- Scams and account-theft attempts — report these to Scamwatch, run by the National Anti-Scam Centre.
- Consumer disputes — the ACCC publishes guidance on the consumer guarantees and on where individual disputes are handled.
- Privacy complaints about another organisation — the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner explains how those work.
What happens to an email you send
An email and its contents are held only for as long as needed to deal with it, and for no more than twelve months after the exchange ends, unless a longer period is required for a legal reason. Nothing is added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list. Nothing is passed to any advertiser or affiliate programme. The privacy policy sets this out in full, including how to ask for a message to be deleted sooner.
