Privacy Policy
Effective date: 16 September 2026
This policy describes what happens to information when someone reads dynamicsync.online. It is short because very little happens: the site has no forms, sets no cookies and loads nothing from a third party. It is written under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, with a section on European law at the end because the publisher is established in the Czech Republic.
1. Who is responsible for this site
The publisher and controller of this website is:
BOGIREN s.r.o.
Na hutích 581/1, Dejvice, 160 00 Praha 6, Czech Republic
Company number: 08206678
VAT: CZ08206678
Email: info@dynamicsync.online
BOGIREN s.r.o. decides what this website contains and how it operates. Any question, request or complaint about privacy should go to the email address above in the first instance.
2. What is collected
Three things exist, and nothing else.
Nothing collected through the site itself
There is no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no search box, no account, no comment facility, no quiz and no chat widget anywhere on dynamicsync.online. There is no input field of any kind, so there is no way for a reader to submit personal information through a page. No cookie is set, no identifier is stored in the browser, and no analytics, advertising or measurement script runs. The site loads no fonts, scripts, images or stylesheets from any third party, so reading it generates no request to any server other than the one hosting this site.
Ordinary server logs kept by the hosting provider
Like any website, this one is delivered by a web server, and that server records a log line for each request. A log line contains the IP address the request came from, the browser’s user agent string, the URL requested, the time of the request and the response code. These logs are created and held by the hosting provider engaged by BOGIREN s.r.o. and are used for security, fraud prevention and diagnosing faults. They are not used to build a profile of a reader, are not combined with any other source of information, and are not used for advertising or measurement.
Email you choose to send
If you write to info@dynamicsync.online, the message, your email address and anything else you put in it are received and read. Nothing is requested beyond what you decide to send.
3. Why each category exists, and on what basis
| Category | Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Server logs | Keeping the site available and secure, investigating faults and abuse | The legitimate interests of BOGIREN s.r.o. in operating a secure website. Under the APPs, this information is collected because it is reasonably necessary for that function. |
| Email correspondence | Reading and answering the message sent | Dealing with a request the sender has chosen to make |
There is no consent basis anywhere in this policy, because nothing here relies on consent: no cookie is set, no tracking takes place, and there is nothing a reader could be asked to agree to.
4. How long information is kept
- Server logs: retained for up to 12 months from the date of the request, then deleted or overwritten by the hosting provider.
- Email correspondence: retained for up to 12 months after the exchange ends, then deleted, unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish or defend a legal claim.
A reader may ask for an email exchange to be deleted sooner, and it will be, unless one of those exceptions applies.
5. Who else receives anything
Two recipients exist:
- The hosting provider engaged by BOGIREN s.r.o., which operates the server that delivers this site and holds the server logs described above. It acts on the publisher’s instructions.
- The email provider used for the info@dynamicsync.online address, which carries and stores messages sent to it.
Nothing is sold, rented or disclosed to any advertiser, affiliate programme, data broker, analytics company or social platform. No third-party service receives anything about a reader from this site, because this site sends nothing to any third-party service. Information may be disclosed where the law requires it.
Cross-border disclosure — Australian Privacy Principle 8
BOGIREN s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, and the hosting and email providers it uses are located outside Australia, in the European Union. Reading this site or writing to the publisher therefore involves the disclosure of personal information — an IP address in the case of server logs, an email address and message content in the case of correspondence — to recipients outside Australia. Recipients in the European Union are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, which imposes obligations comparable in substance to the Australian Privacy Principles.
6. Security
The site is served over HTTPS, so what a reader requests is encrypted between their browser and the server. Access to server logs and to the email account is limited to the publisher and to the providers named in section 5 acting on its instructions. Because the site collects nothing, holds no account and stores no payment information, there is no reader database to secure — which is itself the strongest protection available.
7. Access, correction and complaints
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, a person may ask what personal information is held about them, ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong, and complain about how it has been handled.
- Write to info@dynamicsync.online. A response is normally sent within 30 days. In practice, the only information that can exist is an email exchange you began and log lines, which cannot ordinarily be traced to an individual by the publisher.
- If the response does not resolve the matter, a complaint may be made to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, which explains on its site how it handles privacy complaints and what it needs from a complainant.
8. Data breaches
If a data breach occurred that was likely to result in serious harm to an individual whose personal information was involved, the publisher would assess it and, where the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme applies, notify the affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as that scheme requires.
9. Children
This site is a reference for adults and is not directed at people under 16. It collects nothing from any reader, of any age, because it has no means of doing so. Nothing on this site invites a child to provide personal information.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version is published on this page and the effective date at the top is updated. Any change that introduced cookies, analytics or a form would be made here before the change went live, not afterwards, and would be accompanied by whatever consent mechanism the law requires.
11. European and United Kingdom readers
BOGIREN s.r.o. is established in the Czech Republic, so the General Data Protection Regulation applies to its processing. The legal basis relied on is Article 6(1)(f), legitimate interests: keeping the website secure and available, and answering correspondence. There is no consent basis, because this site sets no cookies and performs no tracking, and none of the processing described here involves special categories of data, automated decision-making or profiling.
Readers in the European Union or the United Kingdom have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection in respect of the information described in section 2, exercisable at info@dynamicsync.online. Where processing rests on legitimate interests, a reader may object to it at any time, and the publisher will stop unless it has compelling legitimate grounds that override the objection. A complaint may also be made to a supervisory authority — for the Czech Republic, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů — or to the authority in the reader’s own country of residence.
